PRIVACY

WHO WE ARE

Porter Society LLC is a concierge travel advisory of Vashon Island, Washington. This site, and the client portal at portal.portersociety.com, exist so our clients can plan travel with the desk and see their own trips — nothing more.

WHAT WE HOLD

What it takes to arrange your travel: your name, contact details, and the trips, bookings, and receipts the desk manages for you. Your email or mobile number is used to send the sign-in links you request, and the notifications tied to your own trips.

WHAT WE NEVER DO

Sell your information. Share it with anyone but the vendors actually delivering your travel — an airline needs your name; nobody needs more than their part. Send marketing you didn’t ask for.

TEXTS

Sign-in texts arrive only when you request one at the portal door. The full program terms live at portersociety.com/sms.

QUESTIONS, CORRECTIONS, REMOVAL

Write the desk — desk@portersociety.com — and it is handled. If you want your information gone, say so and it goes, save what law or accounting requires us to keep.
